If you're a people person who enjoys connecting with others and has a knack for creativity online, this role is for youWhat You'll Be Doing: Outbound Sales Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities. Reach out to leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our products/services. Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups for the sales team. Keep records updated in the CRM system. Social Media Marketing Assist in planning and creating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, company website, etc.). Help monitor engagement and respond to messages or comments. Support the execution of campaigns and contests to grow brand awareness. Track basic performance metrics (likes, shares, followers) and suggest improvements. Requirements: Fresh graduate with 1-2 years of experience and holding a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. Comfortable with outreach and engaging new people. Creative mindset and interest in social media trends. Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment. Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, or any CRM. Prior internship or project work related to sales or social media is a plus. Should be well versed with all social media platforms and have knowledge of basic digital marketing concepts.
