Roles & Responsibilities Beauty Advisor (BA) – Beauty / Skincare / Fragrance Location: In-store (supermarket beauty section) Position type: Full-time or Part-time Job Description: We are hiring a Beauty Advisor to represent our beauty brands in the store. You will approach shoppers, introduce products, answer basic skincare questions, and help drive sales at the beauty counter. Main Responsibilities: Welcome customers and introduce skincare, body care, fragrance and beauty products Recommend suitable products based on customer needs Explain product benefits (ingredients, usage, skin type, etc.) Support sales targets through upselling and cross-selling Keep shelves, testers and display clean and well-stocked Assist with simple product demos / sampling when needed Report daily sales / feedback to supervisor or brand team Requirements: Female preferred Good personal grooming and professional appearance Confident to talk to walk-in customers Passionate about beauty and skincare Able to communicate in English (Mandarin or other languages is a bonus) Responsible, punctual and able to work independently Able to work retail hours, including weekends / public holidays (rostering) Right to Work: Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred (priority given) Must be legally allowed to work in Singapore Working Arrangement and Pay: Full-time: 5–6 days per week (retail roster) Part-time: flexible shifts can be discussed Basic salary + sales commission / incentive a monthly salary of SGD 2,500 – 4,000 How to apply: Please send: Your name and contact number Short self-introduction (any sales / beauty experience) Your availability (full-time or part-time, and when you can start)to WhatsApp: (your number) or Email: (your email) We will contact shortlisted candidates.
