Role and Responsibilities Client relationship management with a digital focus The eFX salesperson plays a vital role in managing and expanding client relationships to achieve relevance, revenue and market share goals Prospecting for new clients, sell/present Nomura’s eFX capabilities and liquidity (including origination and onboarding) Advise clients on architecture, connectivity, and execution strategies—while positioning Nomura as a preferred liquidity provider in their evolving electronic ecosystems. Perform regular client reviews and visits with pro-active follow up to share detailed insights into performance metrics Data-driven execution advisory and revenue generation Ability to leverage data to enhance client outcomes and trading revenue across products working with trading to discuss and optimize clients franchise Internal Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Coordination Close interaction, coordination and collaboration with corporate function and technology teams to help maintain and troubleshoot.
