Roles & Responsibilities (JOB ID: ) Responsibilities: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness,customer acquisition, and retention. Plan and manage digital, social media, online, and offline marketing initiatives. Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for marketing-related activities. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and newopportunities. Support product or services launches, events, and promotional activities. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office software, such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficiency in Korean and Japanese languages, both written and spoken, to liaise with Korean-speaking and Japanese-speaking stakeholders Strong ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. High level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new challenges. Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
