Overview
Sales Associate (Fashion Retail or Luxury Footwear)
To oversee all in-store sales activities, ensuring quality service delivery, understanding customer needs, nurturing client relationships, driving sales, and providing post-sale support.
The Opportunity
Work hours: 5 days a week
Up to SGD4,000 - SGD6,000
The Job
Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional attitude.
Provide product information and personalized recommendations.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
Handle cashiering duties, including POS transactions and returns.
Support inventory control, stock replenishment, and stocktake.
Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
The Talent
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Passionate about sales, fashion, or retail products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.
