As a Junior Production Operator/Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and contributing to the success of our company. What you’ll be doing
Perform scheduled maintenance and repair work on a variety of technical equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, tools, and other systems
Assist senior technicians with more complex repair and maintenance tasks
Maintain detailed records of all work performed
Ensure a safe and organised work environment
Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and industry regulations
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong interest in technical work and a willingness to learn and grow.
Completed technical or vocational training in a relevant field
Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, and general computer operating systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Eager to develop technical skills and expand knowledge
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s actual working experience and technical capabilities.
