Delivery Manager – Front Office Trading (Agile Delivery)Direct message the job poster from Evolution Singapore A global trading organisation is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to drive modern agile delivery across front‐office trading technology initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating trading, product, and engineering teams to ensure high‐quality, timely delivery in a fast‐paced environment. Role Overview The Delivery Manager will oversee end‐to‐end delivery within front‐office trading, champion agile practices, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology execution. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‐pressure trading environment. Key Responsibilities Leads delivery across front‐office trading technology projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to a high standard. Champions modern agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and drives continuous improvement across teams. Facilitates cross‐functional collaboration, removing impediments and maintaining clarity across priorities, risks, and timelines. Manages delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress, refine backlogs, and ensure documentation consistency. Works closely with engineering teams utilising CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable deployment cycles. Engages senior stakeholders across trading and technology functions to ensure delivery aligns with business needs. Compensation Range: 180-220k + bonus Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management within technology or financial services. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies. Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders in high‐visibility environments. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure. Exposure to front‐office trading systems, market data, or electronic trading platforms is advantageous.
