Job Description:
Source vendors and develop products according to the objectives and requirements from the buying team.
Monitor day to day operation including supplier management, product development, quote sheets, sample verification & order follow up.
Responsible for trade terms negotiation and vendor set up, on time shipment & Critical Path management.
Responsible for vendor relationship and KPI measurements
Communicate daily with buyers and vendors to ensure programs are delivered as per schedule.
Coordinate the sourcing activities with QA, Supply chain and packaging team.
Responsible to look after Toys and Sporting Goods categories. E.g. Summer Toys, Girl Toy, Boy Toy, Preschool Toy, Fitness, Hunting/Fishing, Camping.
Education and Experience Required:
Degree holder highly preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in related product categories
Knowledge of U.S. retail industry/sourcing industry
Experience in U.S. Sourcing/Buying office would be preferred. Familiar with sourcing landscape in China, Southeast Asia, India and Pakistan
Familiar with regulatory requirements for U.S. market
Familiar with supply chain optimization process
Skills and Abilities Required:
Open minded, Quick learner, Self-motivated, Team player
Detail minded.
Customer oriented with a no “ego” attitude.
Good analytical skills
Willing to take new challenges and new product categories.
Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills, relate well to others.

Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Proficient knowledge of Excel PIVOT table and VLOOKUP functions
Ability to learn company systems and tools.
Languages:
Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with counterparts located in China or USA.
