Salesforce QA Engineer

Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the Salesforce platform, integrations, and custom applications Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and business analysts to ensure timely resolution Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across different Salesforce instances (e.g., sandboxes, production). Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and customisations Participate in release management activities, including smoke testing and post-deployment validation Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud Proven experience with Salesforce testing tools and methodologies Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Certification: Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications Experience with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce (e.g. Selenium, Provar, etc.)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
