Job Summary:
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the seamless operation of our warehouse facility. As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in motivating and developing a high-performing team to meet productivity and quality targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective workflow processes to optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:
- A minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification (or relevant certification in logistics/operations management).
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, or warehouse management systems).
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting operational deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments.
