About the Role:
A highly skilled and dynamic Strategic HR Technology Expert is sought after to join our team. This individual will possess deep expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. They will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative HR technology solutions that drive organizational success.
The ideal candidate will lead or support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support projects across SAP SuccessFactors modules. They will conduct business requirement analysis, design solution architectures, and configure SuccessFactors modules. Customization of workflows, forms, and reports to meet client-specific needs will be a key responsibility. Additionally, they will act as a trusted advisor to HR teams, providing expert advice on system optimization and best practices. User training, documentation, and support for system go-live and post-implementation phases are also expected responsibilities.
To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors solutions is required. Certification(s) in one or more SuccessFactors modules is highly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Proven experience with business process mapping and solution design is also necessary. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
