Job Description The Beauty Centre Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations and performance of the beauty centre, ensuring high standards of service, profitability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the beauty centre, including front desk, therapists, beauticians and support staff. Lead, supervise and motivate the team to achieve sales targets, service standards and customer satisfaction goals. Plan staff schedules and manage manpower to ensure sufficient coverage during operating hours. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience. Develop and implement promotions, packages and marketing activities to drive sales and customer retention. Monitor and analyse daily sales, service performance and key KPIs; prepare regular management reports. Ensure all treatment rooms, equipment and facilities are clean, well-maintained and comply with hygiene and safety standards. Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control and cost management of products and consumables. Conduct regular training, coaching and performance appraisals for staff to improve skills, service quality and productivity. Ensure company policies, SOPs and service standards are implemented and followed consistently. Assist in recruitment, onboarding and disciplinary matters when required. Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, partners and key customers. Job Requirements Diploma or above in Business, Beauty & Wellness, Hospitality Management or related field preferred. At least 10 years of relevant experience in the beauty, spa, hair, wellness or retail industry, with at least 10–15years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership, people management and team-building skills. Good knowledge of beauty/spa services, treatments and retail products will be an advantage. Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and service mindset; able to drive team performance and achieve targets. Good organisational and problem-solving skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in MS Office and basic POS/booking systems. Able to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. Well-groomed, professional appearance and a positive attitude. Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Mandarin or other local languages) is an advantage to liaise with different customer groups. #J-18808-Ljbffr
