Aura Group is a leading alternative investment services platform helping private clients—family offices, UHNWI, and institutions manage and grow their assets to access investment opportunities across Asia Pacific. As we scale our Private Wealth team, we’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Advisor to grow Assets Under Management and deepen the Aura eco-system within the region. What You’ll Do Lead efforts across HNWIs, family offices and private wealth channels Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to managing the investment process Deliver pitch presentations, provide portfolio updates, and investor education on investment strategies Collaborate closely with the other investment and marketing teams in their campaigns and fund launches Maintain and establish a pipeline of relationship, AUM and engagement metrics via CRM tools Contribute to Aura’s overall strategy, growth planning, and regional market development. Qualifications Min. 5 years of experience in sales, business development or investor relations Familiarity with private market products such as private credit, PE, or structured alternatives is a strong plus Experience in client-facing roles within private banks, asset managers, or wealth advisory firms is essential Proven ability to build trust and convert high-value private wealth clients across APAC A self-starter with excellent communication, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a lean, agile team with high autonomy and ownership Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore Culture and Values Mission-Driven: We believe in a holistic approach to wealth management, transparency and a high-performance ethos.
