Roles & Responsibilities About Metta Home for the Disabled Established in 2000, Metta Home for the Disabled provides long-term residential care for adults with intellectual and multiple disabilities. The Home offers a safe and nurturing environment with 24-hour support, focusing on improving residents’ quality of life through therapy, care, and social engagement. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with social workers, caregivers, and care staff to support residents’ well-being and daily needs. Job Responsibilities Handle general admin tasks: filing, data entry, scheduling, and reports. Support Social Workers in case management and client follow-ups. Coordinate appointments, referrals, and home visits. Assist in programmes, outreach events, and community activities. Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality. Support daily centre operations and team activities. Job Requirements Min. GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma qualification. Experience in admin or social service preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Empathetic, organised, and able to work independently.
