As Store Leader (Click & Collect), you will make decisions and be fully responsible for a store, including strategic planning, market research, product selection, recruitment, coaching and developing your teammates. You will also forecast revenue, plan costs, and manage the bottom line. In short, you will run your business autonomously. Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, and making data-driven decisions to achieve sales, profit, and operational targets. Experience in analyzing local markets and using data tools to deliver the right product offer and maximize relevance. Solid understanding of P&L management, KPIs, and performance tracking to drive sustainable growth. Passionate about customer experience, sport, and community engagement.
