We are looking for a highly skilled project manager who can study the given project, create a comprehensive plan, and work with clients and consultants to achieve a satisfactory quality and workmanship. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project budget, quality plan, and manpower to meet the project's requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 15 years of experience in residential condo, factory, office, and warehouse projects. Additionally, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering n.e.c (including construction engineering, construction technology & materials). As a seasoned professional, you should have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate your team members to work collaboratively towards common goals.
