Role: Cloud Wintel Engineer L2
What You'll Do
Manage and maintain Windows server infrastructure (2008/2012/2016/2019).
Perform server patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Implement and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Administer virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
Design and manage Azure and AWS cloud environments.
Automate tasks using PowerShell and cloud-native tools.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
Collaborate with security teams for compliance and hardening.
Provide L2/L3 support and participate in on-call rotation as required.
Deploy and manage cloud resources including VMs, storage, and networking in Azure/AWS.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM Templates, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based deployments.
Monitor cloud infrastructure using tools such as Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, or Datadog.
Configure cloud security components such as IAM roles, NSGs, and security groups.
Optimize cloud costs through rightsizing, reservations, and usage analysis.
Support hybrid cloud environments and assist in cloud migration projects.
Manage Azure AD, conditional access, and identity protection policies.
