The Role You'll play a key role in developing and optimizing algorithms that power next-generation AI products — particularly in areas like biometric verification, facial recognition, and liveness detection. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside top engineers and researchers in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize computer vision algorithms for eKYC and biometric verification solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical outputs with product and business needs. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence. Ensure algorithmic solutions comply with data privacy, regulatory, and ethical standards. Present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field. Around 5–7 years of experience , or 3–5 years with a Master's/PhD , in developing and deploying algorithms for real-world applications in Computer Vision. Strong background in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming (Python preferred). ML Framework: Pytorch Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Banking or financial services experience is nice to have. #J-18808-Ljbffr
