Relationship Manager Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Your primary goal will be to understand their comprehensive financial objectives and develop personalized wealth strategies to meet their needs.
Your role will involve:
- Prospecting, Acquiring, and Nurturing Relationships: You will actively seek out new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients. This will involve understanding their financial goals and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Developing and Implementing Wealth Strategies: You will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized wealth strategies, including investment advisory, discretionary portfolio management, structured products, and private market opportunities.
- Coordinating Cross-Border Wealth Management Solutions: You will leverage our integrated financial services across capital markets, private equity, insurance, and structured solutions to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions to clients.
- Client Servicing: You will engage in proactive client servicing, anticipating client needs and delivering exceptional service standards.
Requirements
To succeed as a Relationship Manager, you will need:
- Experience in Wealth Management/Investment Advisory Sales: A proven track record of success in sales is essential for this role.
- Recognized University Degree and Relevant Certification: A recognized university degree and relevant certification are required for this position.
- Proven Track Record in Client Acquisition and Retention Success: You will need to have a proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining clients.
- Disciplined, Deep Understanding of Compliance and Regulatory Framework: A deep understanding of the compliance and regulatory framework is essential for this role.
- Extensive Investment Product and Market Knowhow: You will need to have extensive knowledge of investment products and markets.
- Strong Relationship Management and Sales Skills: Excellent relationship management and sales skills are required for this position.
- Driven, Client-Oriented with Strong Business Acumen: A driven, client-oriented individual with strong business acumen is essential for this role.
