A leading international retailer is seeking a Sourcing Manager - Softline to drive sourcing strategy and vendor partnerships across its apparel categories. This role offers the opportunity to lead supplier development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A typical day will include the following:-Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management Define and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with the Sourcing Director Partner with vendors to deliver high-quality, trend-right merchandise at great value Recommend and onboard new suppliers/factories, ensuring continuous improvement Establish a strong supplier base and develop alternative sourcing solutions Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Merchants and Product Development teams to bring ideas to life Drive lead time reduction and supply chain speed to support first-to-market goals Manage multiple product categories with varying levels of complexity Costing & Negotiation Utilize strong negotiation and costing skills to optimize quality and cost Deliver maximum bottom-line impact through strategic sourcing decisions To succeed in this role, you will have:-10+ years of relevant merchandising experience, preferably in a buying office Previous experience in a large US sourcing/buying office is preferred How to apply Please send your CV with a Word file to Hugo Ng from ConnectedGroup ( )for more details.
