Roles & Responsibilities Job Highlights Career Advancement Positive Working Environment Training provided Job Description Job Responsibilities: (1) Main Duties Outline client design objectives. Conceptualize and sketch design plans. Source materials and products included in plans. Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision. Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project. Utilize computer applications in the design process. Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met. Prepare and submit progress claims and invoice billing. To work overtime if required (2) Project cost Determine the cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase. Handle ordering of materials (Plywood, laminate, hardware, etc) Liaise with sub-contractors/suppliers (electrician/plumber) on quote requisition Assist in checking monthly invoices to Statement of Accounts Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent Entry level candidates are welcome The candidate must be competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop or other design programs and Microsoft Office The candidate has to be proficient in both "English" & "Chinese" in terms of verbal and writing to handle queries and concerns from English and Chinese speaking sub-contractors/suppliers in regards with the interior design related matters. Working Hours: 5.5 working days in a week (9 am to 6 pm on weekdays, 9am to 1pm on Saturday) Interested candidates may apply directly via Whatsapp .
