Fitness Assistant / Junior Coach (Full-Time, $1,550 Base Salary)About Youth Strength & Performance Academy (YSPA)YSPA develops the next generation of athletes through structured strength training, mentorship, and mindset development. We’re building a team of coaches who are passionate about working with youths and families , helping kids build confidence, coordination, and lifelong healthy habits through performance training. Key Responsibilities Coach and support youth athletes and adults in structured strength and performance sessions. Conduct weigh-ins, testing, and performance tracking for student progress reports. Assist with content creation — photos, videos, and social media clips showcasing training culture. Contribute to sales and client engagement by following up with parents and prospective families. Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, documentation, and progress summaries. Participate in community events, school workshops, and off-site sessions when required. Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and the YSPA coaching team. Requirements Background in sports or fitness (played competitively or recreationally). Enjoys working with kids and teens — patient, encouraging, and energetic. Basic coaching skills or willingness to learn (training provided). Skills or interest in video/photo editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.) or sales and client relations . Detail-oriented — able to track results, follow up on tasks, and manage documents. Able to travel between YSPA locations in Singapore. Passionate about personal growth, health, and mentorship.
