Responsibilities:
  • Checking and ensuring Customer's Letter of Credit conditions is acceptable and can be arranged, register the information into SAP system & L/C Google Form, and provide information to Sales Department
  • Ensure timely verification and accuracy of all requirement shipping documents preparation accordance to Customer's requirement including Bill of Lading, shipping certificate, Packing List, Any type of Certificate of Origin, Insurance application, Manufacturer's letter etc.
