Job Description
We are looking for high energy, self-motivated, result driven individual for NAND Process Development Films Senior/Principal Lead Engineer role. The individual will lead a team of exceptional engineers to identify, prioritize and drive process solutions under the 15-month cadence umbrella for yield, reliability and cost gaps for NAND technology nodes in different stages of technology introduction and development.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain safe environment through proactive safety practices and by ensuring safety policies are always followed.
- Hire, develop, mentor, and manage a team of highly capable process engineers.
- Create a culture of innovation and tenacity within group to meet the needs of accelerated technology cadence.
- Provide regular feedback to your team members on performance, developing a career plan and mentoring the team members to support their professional development, through Micron's performance planning and appraisal process.
- Set strategy for future technology nodes and help define roadmap.
- Engage with suppliers to develop the process and equipment needed to meet Micron's technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with other process development, process integration, manufacturing development to align on project priorities and deliver robust, manufacturing friendly processes on time.
