Principal Data Consultant

As a Data Consultant in Zuhlke Data & AI Practice in Asia, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, grounded in reality. Ultimately, you play a large part in the success of our Asia office. Your job is to help guide customers often disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what their most important goals are, how data and AI can help them achieve this and map it onto a technology stack to support data driven decision making. You will be a trusted advisor for business decision makers embarking on their data journey.

This is a Singapore-based role and occasional travel may be required.
Your job.
- Working in a consulting capacity, you will develop new business models and processes for and together with customers to pave the way for data-driven developments. You accompany them from the idea to the customised tailored solution through to operation/further development.
- You view AI technologies as tools to enable fact-based decisions, optimize processes or develop new products and services. With this mindset, you recognize the potential of our customers businesses to generate real value with these tools
- In AI projects and programmes, you implement Zuhlke's holistic approach by considering all relevant levels and disciplines such as data platforms, data governance, algorithms and use cases and by moderating the collaboration of relevant experts. This ensures the success of the project and the generation of business value
- You enjoy communicating with decision-makers at our customers - and you like positioning our AI offering and thus actively developing our AI business
- You are active both internally and externally as an ambassador for our discipline AI and further develop our offerings and our expertise. You will position yourself as a thought leader for your special field in AI and help to develop young talent.
Your talent.
- You have at least 10 years of experience and at least 5 years working in IT Services/Consulting.
- You possess the relevant consulting background and are familiar with workshop facilitation, innovation methods and the basics of business models.
- You bring experience across various projects in the areas of Data, Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence.
- You have strong experience in being client-facing. Your experience also demonstrates a track record for strong sales and pre-sales experience as well as overseeing client engagements/projects
- You have significant experience influencing C-Suite decision makers
- You have a strong understanding of the local market and landscape and are great at balancing professionalism with warmth and genuineness
- You enjoy keeping up with the latest technology trends .
- Excellent command of English is a must.
