Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Singapore team. The role requires a strong mix of business analysis expertise and technical understanding to effectively translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and developers to ensure successful delivery of technology-driven projects. Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications , technical specifications , and user stories . Develop process flows, wireframes, and prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI teams. Liaise with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Assist in API documentation, data mapping, and integration specifications. Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation. Support testing activities, including reviewing test cases and participating in UAT. Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT, software, or digital projects. Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. Experience creating user stories , process flows , and functional specs. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA , Confluence , and Figma (or similar). Good understanding of APIs , databases, and basic backend/web development concepts. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Attributes: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to data analysis or business intelligence projects. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
