- Develop and implement clinical training programs that cater to the diverse needs of nursing students and new nurses. ">
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, simulations, and classroom lectures on various nursing topics, ensuring that learners gain practical experience and apply theoretical knowledge effectively. ">
- Supervise and mentor nursing students during their clinical rotations, providing guidance and support as needed. ">
- Assess the clinical skills and competencies of nursing students and new nurses, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement. ">
Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing with relevant post-basic advanced certificates; Master's degree in Nursing or Nursing Education preferred. ">
- Licensure: Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license. ">
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a teaching or mentoring role. ">
