Automation Solutions Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design secure, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions using UiPath and other relevant technologies.
  • Document architectural decisions and designs for development teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and assess automation feasibility.
  • Develop detailed technical designs and workflows that meet organizational needs.
  • Define and enforce architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for RPA development.
  • Lead a team of RPA developers, acting as the solution architect for enterprise-level projects.
  • Provide code reviews, technical coaching, and continuous feedback to enhance team capabilities.
  • Promote the use of reusable components, templates, and frameworks to ensure high-quality and efficient automation delivery.
  • Resolve issues across automation processes and environments in a timely manner.
  • Drive continuous learning within the team by sharing knowledge on UiPath and emerging automation technologies.
  • Manage project lifecycle including planning, delivery tracking, and ensuring up-to-date project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with UiPath and 3 years in programming (e.g., scripting, SQL, application development).
  • Proven expertise in process analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Team-oriented, resilient, and committed to delivering excellence in a dynamic environment.
