Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom. Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child. Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs. Establish effective classroom management. Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning. Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development. High levels of patience and passion for children Creative and inspiring with loving energy Enjoy working with children, and passionate in educating young children.
