Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resource Planner – Jurong East - 5 day week-Singaporeans only

Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning:
Work with department heads and HR to understand staffing needs for various shifts, roles, and special projects.

Scheduling and Optimization:
Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules.
Ensure that staffing levels are balanced and optimized

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor attendance, overtime, prepare staffing reports

Recruitment Coordination:
-Work with the recruitment team to fill open positions
-Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires

Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure all staffing plans adhere employment laws
Monitor overtime and ensure compliance with employment laws

Process Improvement:
Continuously assess and refine staffing planning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide recommendations to HR and operations on staffing optimization strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, operations, finance) to align staffing plans with company goals and budgets.
-Act as the point of contact for managers and department heads regarding staffing issues or changes.
-Manage projects / support HR & Operations team

Requirements

· Min GCE O Level

· 1 year(s) of relevant working experience preferred

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, ADP, or similar). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
