Job Scope Note: Casuals must clock in and out at McDonald's, Bukit Batok Connection (2 Bukit Batok Street 23). Responsibilities Distribute recruitment flyers to passersby around Bukit Batok Connection area Be friendly, polite, and proactive when handing out flyers Ensure all flyers are distributed finish within your shift duration Maintain a neat and presentable appearance throughout the shift During Distribution If anyone shows interest in job opportunities: Direct them to the restaurant, or Refer them to the contact number printed on the flyer Customer-Centric Always represent the brand positively and be attentive to the public. Greet people politely and maintain a pleasant attitude. Take initiative when handing out flyers and approach passersby politely rather than waiting for them to come to you. Dress Code Black top, long black pants, and covered shoes. All body tattoo must be covered up. Special Instruction Freelancers are required to distribute flyers responsibly to members of the public. Flyers must not be discarded in bulk (e.g., thrown into bins, left in stacks, or otherwise improperly disposed of).
