Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence
is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Senior Accounting Support
to support key finance operations, including employee expense processing, fixed asset maintenance, intercompany invoicing, and general accounting duties. This role plays an important part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial records and supporting daily and month-end finance activities.
You’ll be based in our Singapore office, working alongside a collaborative and supportive team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We offer flexible working hours to help you maintain a work-life balance, along with opportunities to grow and build your experience within a global tech company.

Responsibilities
Review and process employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, ensure all claims are supported by appropriate documentations and comply with company policies.
Communicate with employees to clarify discrepancies or missing information in claims.
Maintain accurate records of all processed claims for audit and reporting purposes.
Maintain fixed asset register, including additions, disposals and depreciation schedules.
Checks and verifies cost accounting and accounts payable records.
Types, files, and posts ledger and general journal entries.
Prepare and Posting of Intercompany invoices.
Posting of cash/
