Responsibilities:

Cook

  • Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, specialty knives, and cutters
  • Monitor kitchen inventory and identify items that need replenishment
  • Unload and organize fresh supplies in the stockroom
  • Check sell-by dates and rotate stock accordingly
  • Clean kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes, and cookware
  • Ensure proper cooking times and temperatures are observed for food safety and quality

Service Crew

  • Interact with and serve food & beverage guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the food preparation and service areas
  • Ensure consistent quality in both food and beverage service
  • Adhere to food safety and quality control procedures
  • Prepare the station for service to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Positive working attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Energetic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate others
  • No prior experience required as training will be provided
