About the team: The Sr. SQA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing methodologies. This role requires the ability to find high-impacting and complex defects that improve product quality. A strong foundation in software testing principles is essential, and the candidate will lead a team of testers. What you will be responsible for: Collaborating with developers, product managers, and project managers to understand requirements and identify potential areas for testing. Leading a test team in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans for various software projects, including mobile apps and web applications. Designing and executing product testing plans, including functional testing, performance testing, security testing, and compatibility testing. Designing and implementing test cases to ensure full coverage of product functions and user scenarios. Conducting vulnerability testing and compliance testing to ensure data security. Constructing an automation testing framework (such as Robot, Selenium, JMeter, etc.) with required scripting languages (such as Shell, Python, Ansible, etc.) to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Participating in root cause analysis of software defects and collaborating on solutions to resolve them. Utilizing common project and code management tools, such as GIT, JIRA, Confluence, etc., to report the status of projects through statistical data and dashboards. How you will stand out: Passionate about tracking the latest testing technologies and tools to continuously improve testing capabilities and efficiency. Experience working in an agile development environment. Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++/Java/Golang is preferred. Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools, such as Jenkins and Git Lab CI. Understanding of containerization and virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). More than 6 years of SQA work experience.
