Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in the marine sector.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of marine diesel engines.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards at shipyards or anchorages.
  • Key tasks include lifting and transportation of heavy engine components for workshop repair or reconditioning.
  • We require excellent communication skills to maintain clear dialogue with customers and provide timely responses to ensure service excellence.
  • The role involves performing other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Diploma in Marine, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of marine engines.
  • Ability to work in challenging environments including shipyard and anchorage settings.
