Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Management Specialist

The Inventory Coordinator is a key role in the warehouse, responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient movement of goods.
    • Receive products from suppliers and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
    • Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to delivery or quality.
    • Record production updates and stock quantities in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
    • Manage inventory movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
    • Prepare and analyze daily inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Handle flag forms and perform related tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures.
    • Track and reconcile flag forms, maintaining accurate records of inventory movements.
    • Coordinate with supervisors to allocate resources and manpower effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a warehouse environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills are required, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, is advantageous.
  • Able to work on overtime during peak periods, such as month-end and annual stock takes.
