We provide a full suite of multidisciplinary built environment consultancy services across a diverse range of sectors that includes aviation, healthcare, hospitality, transport, water and environment as well as energy and resources. Position Purpose Responsible for management vendor relationship, vendor performance and compliance to ensure that the vendors deliver consistent value to the organisation and meet service expectations. Key Accountabilities Contract Relationship Management: Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors Performance compliance monitoring: Manage vendor service performance as per contractual agreement Contract & Document management: Maintenance and tracking of contract repository and renewals Procurement & Cost Optimisation: Facilitate in the negotiation and procurement of vendor services Reporting: Develop and publish vendor scorecards and performance dashboards Operational support: Resolve user software issues to ensure users can utilize the software Qualifications Bachelor in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Technology or a related field with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, or Diploma Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Technology, or related field with 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
