Roles & Responsibilities About Us Lindner Facades Asia Pte Ltd specializes in facade systems, curtain walls, skylights, and building envelopes for construction projects. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive in a similar industry, The Sales and Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in promoting high-performance facade solutions to architects, developers, and contractors. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for facade systems, curtain walls and building envelope solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and architectural sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors and suppliers. Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings and customer needs. Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising. Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategies. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Requirements: Min 5 years proven experience in sales and marketing related to the façades, curtain wall and building envelope systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Knowledge of facade systems, materials, and industry regulations. Experience with CRM software and digital marketing strategies. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Candidates with proven industry experience and with good relationships to Consultants related construction industry will also be considered.
