Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Head of QA (Testing & Validation) to lead a team responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and reliability of complex system integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in verification, validation, and qualification processes, with proven leadership in large-scale projects involving end to end government or airport systems . This role requires strategic planning, technical oversight, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality deliverables and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Testing & Validation (T&V) team responsible for planning, executing, and delivering verification, validation, and qualification activities. Develop QA strategies, methodologies, and plans aligned with project requirements and organizational standards. Collaborate with design, development, QA, and product management teams to ensure smooth T&V processes. Oversee resource planning, workload distribution, and team performance evaluation. Ensure QA processes comply with applicable industry standards, certification requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Identify and mitigate risks associated with QA activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA practices, tools, and workflows. Prepare and present detailed QA reports and status updates to stakeholders and senior management. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that supports professional growth and knowledge sharing. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members. Maintain thorough documentation and traceability of all T&V activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in verification, validation, and qualification (or equivalent testing and validation) roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience managing large-scale projects with government agencies, airports, or similar critical infrastructure sectors. Good knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and relevant industry standards. Hands-on experience leading T&V activities from system integration testing through user acceptance testing. Experience in complex system integration involving external systems. Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary technical teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with project and resource management tools.
