Temp Customer Service (Yishun, 5 days, $12/hour)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and mailing out Attrition Recovery Letters and emails to members.
  • Processing of application and updating of members' profile.
  • Conducting survey with the members.
  • To expand the membership base (new, retention & attrition)
  • Perform membership management related tasks which includes but not limited to, data entries and creation, maintaining membership records and filings, updating membership schedules, benefits fulfilment, and membership sales, etc.
  • Handle emails, phone calls and walk-ins for prospects and members
  • Assist in executing MGK events
  • Any other duties as assigned by HOD/RO

Requirements

  • • level and above
  • • Some working experience in Customer service or admin
  • • Customer service oriented
  • • Good communication skills
  • • Ability to work for 3 months
