We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee and lead the roadmap for one of the most critical touchpoints with our customers: Invoicing across all product lines and markets.

What you will be doing:
This will evolve as you and the business grow.
Initially, you will help us complete our invoicing capabilities for Australian commercial customers, including:
Calculation groups and calculation logic
Aggregate and consolidated invoicing
Auditing, reporting, and reconciliation
Once that is achieved, you will also:
Develop invoices to support different customer segments
Collaborate with business and technology teams to invoice various meter types in Singapore and Australia
Our investments in technology are vital. Regular engagement with Sales, Customer Operations, and Market Operations will ensure efficient business operations and enable us to leverage customer feedback for growth.
This role requires effective time management to coordinate teams across Australia and Singapore, focusing on aligned priorities.
You will be a good candidate if you:
Set clear product priorities and roadmaps with a strategic mindset, considering user needs, market trends, and business goals (must have)
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering cross-team collaboration (must have)
Can identify problems and solve them systematically, including analyzing requirements and translating them into solutions (must have)
Have previous experience in invoice calculations or generation
Demonstrate learning agility and a growth mindset
Additional helpful experiences include:
Building automation processes in finance or billing
Applying product thinking and prioritization to bring order to complex situations
Experience in energy retail products
Managing products supporting multiple markets
