Roles & Responsibilities Overview: We are looking for a skilled IoT Engineer to design, develop, and automate IoT solutions leveraging cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate is hands-on with Python automation , MQTT messaging , and AWS IoT services , with a passion for building scalable and secure IoT infrastructures. Working Hours: Mon-Fri Working Location: Central Job Type: 1 year contract Salary Package: Up to $6500 (basic) + AWS Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy IoT solutions using Python automation and MQTT protocols for device communication. Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate cloud deployments. Design and configure AWS IoT Core , IoT Gateway , and related cloud components for device connectivity and data processing. Integrate IoT systems with backend cloud services and APIs for analytics and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IoT operations. Troubleshoot IoT connectivity, cloud integration, and infrastructure issues. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or related field. Hands-on experience with Python , MQTT , and Terraform . Strong understanding of AWS cloud services (IoT Core, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.). Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices . Familiarity with IoT architecture , device management , and data pipelines . Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Preferred: AWS certification or equivalent cloud credentials. Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure IoT, GCP IoT Core) or container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
