Senior Supply Planner

Responsibilities Planning Leadership & Functional Expertise: Lead the development and execution of accurate, efficient supply plans that align with demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and financial targets. Planning Leadership & Functional Expertise: Serve as the SME for your product category, providing guidance and troubleshooting support to junior planners and stakeholders. Planning Leadership & Functional Expertise: Anticipate risks and lead mitigation strategies across materials, production, and logistics. Planning Leadership & Functional Expertise: Represent Supply Planning in cross-functional forums and supply review meetings. Planning Leadership & Functional Expertise: Coach and support junior planners in best-practice planning processes, systems use, and stakeholder communication. Planning Leadership & Functional Expertise: Actively contribute to team learning through knowledge-sharing sessions, playbook development, and system/data troubleshooting. Planning Leadership & Functional Expertise: Foster a collaborative and solutions-focused team culture built on curiosity, accountability, and inclusion. Supply Execution & Inventory Optimization: Translate demand into feasible supply plans in o9 and SAP, factoring in lead times, inventory targets, and production constraints. Supply Execution & Inventory Optimization: Proactively manage planning master data (e.g., MOQ, lead times, safety stock) to reflect operational realities. Supply Execution & Inventory Optimization: Optimize working capital by maintaining targeted inventory levels and enabling efficient production and purchasing cycles. Supply Execution & Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with supply schedulers and procurement to ensure timely execution of work orders and purchase orders. Product Lifecycle & Change Management: Plan for product introductions, engineering changes, and phase-outs in collaboration with Lifecycle Management and Product Planning. Product Lifecycle & Change Management: Evaluate and implement ECNs with minimal disruption and clear communication to manufacturing and supply stakeholders. Product Lifecycle & Change Management: Balance risk and cost in recommending exception freight, alternate sourcing, or system overrides as needed. Systems and Process Excellence: Champion the use of advanced planning systems (e.g., o9, SAP) and analytics to drive accuracy and speed in planning. Systems and Process Excellence: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in planning accuracy, service levels, and inventory management. Systems and Process Excellence: Collaborate with Supply Chain Excellence or Transformation teams to test, scale, and embed new planning capabilities. What You Bring Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Experience: 5+ years in end-to-end supply planning, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment. Technical Tools: Strong working knowledge of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and APS (e.g., o9). Advanced Excel and data handling skills. Good to have knowledge of S&OP & continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen)Core Competencies & Attributes Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts (MRP, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Distribution Requirements, safety stock, capacity constraints, etc.)Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data to drive decisions Skilled communicator and collaborator across functions and seniority levels Ability to coach, mentor, and elevate peers in a non-supervisory capacity Calm and structured under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills Proactive, commercially aware, and continuously seeking process improvement We are committed to responding to every applicant.
