About the Role
A1 Main Contractor,
A1 Main Contractor , is seeking a
Civil & Structural Coordinator
to support project delivery by coordinating civil and structural works, monitoring site progress, and ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate civil and structural works on-site, ensuring smooth execution according to design and schedule.
Liaise between project management, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical or construction issues.
Monitor progress of structural and civil works, including foundations, piling, reinforced concrete, and superstructure works.
Conduct site inspections and document observations to ensure compliance with design, codes, and quality standards.
Assist in reviewing drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
Maintain records of site activities, progress reports, and relevant documentation for project management.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
Support Project Manager or Site Manager in planning and coordination of resources, manpower, and equipment.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field .
3 years of experience in civil and structural coordination, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.
Familiarity with civil and structural construction methods, materials, and practices.
Basic understanding of structural drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
