Job Description

This is a highly specialized role in infrastructure management, requiring extensive expertise in Oracle Database, Middleware, and integration tools. As a Senior Infrastructure Specialist, you will lead end-to-end project delivery for mission-critical banking applications, ensuring stability, compliance, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams through requirement gathering, design, capacity planning, scheduling, execution, testing, and go-live phases.
  • Manage infrastructure migration projects covering database, middleware, scheduling tools, and OS platforms.
  • Oversee production L3 support for middleware & DB environments, ensuring regulatory standards compliance.
  • Install and configure Oracle Databases (9i–19c), including RAC and standalone environments.
  • Perform installation and configuration of Oracle WebLogic Server (12c/14c).
  • Set up and configure Oracle Forms & Reports infrastructure.
  • Design and configure JDBC data sources, connection pools, and deployment environments for applications.
  • Configure security components during middleware installation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 15+ years of IT experience in Database Administration, Middleware, and IT Project Delivery (banking/financial services preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of banking application environments and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL performance tuning & shell scripting.
