Our client is an independent trust company in Singapore. This is a full-time on-site role for a Trust Officer located in Singapore. The role involves providing trust advisory services, implementing trust solutions, and maintaining trust for clients. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining trusts, fund administration, and providing trustee services for financial transactions. Qualifications Estate Planning and Financial Planning skills Fiduciary and Finance knowledge Experience in Trust Services Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail‐oriented and organized Relevant certification or degree in Finance, Law, or related field Trust Officer The role includes business development, trust administration, client relationship management, and client advisory. Business Development of Trust Services Attend client enquiries, attend meetings with prospective clients, prepare proposals for new business, and assist in business development activities. Ensure that new businesses acquired are in compliance with regulatory requirements and reject businesses with unacceptable business or reputational risks. Active involvement with the initial client onboarding process, be responsible for the collection of the establishment fee and liaise with clients on trust set‐up and initial asset injection. Trust Administration, Client Relationship Management and Client Advisory Act as point of contact for clients, and liaise with clients on the administration of trust accounts.
