Opportunities for professional development Reputable organisation Competitive Remuneration Package As a Senior Staff Nurse (O&G Clinic), you will be responsible for the following duties: Patient Registration & Appointment Scheduling – Manage front desk duties, including answering calls and handling enquiries. Doctor Support – Coordinate doctor queues, assist with procedures and surgeries, and respond to doctors' requests. Medication Management – Dispense prescribed medications and handle ordering and inventory of pharmacy supplies. Pre- and Post-Surgery Support – Prepare and counsel patients before and after surgical procedures. Customer Experience – Improve patient satisfaction through membership programs and retention strategies. Administrative Support – Manage emails, scan documents, prepare reports, and handle general paperwork. Insurance Coordination – Handle insurance claims, pre‐approvals, follow‐ups, and liaise with finance on payments. Lab & Report Management – Trace and file lab test results, and update lab‐related cost data. Equipment & IT Maintenance – Ensure clinic equipment, systems, and computers are functioning properly. Staff & Workflow Management – Assist in hiring/training, staff scheduling, and continuous workflow improvement. Requirements: At least Degree or Diploma in Nursing. Possess abortion counselling certificate will be an advantage.
