Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

  • Deliver professional nail services, including manicure/ pedicure, extension, and gel nail services
  • Perform eyelash extension services, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles.
  • Advise clients on aftercare for nails and lash extensions to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of nail and lash products, reporting low stock for timely replenishment.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail art and lash extension services to enhance service offerings.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of manicurist experience
  • Certified in eyelash extensions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a pleasing personality.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Neat, with high standards of cleanliness and dexterous hands.
  • Open to working weekends, evenings, or extra hours as needed.
