Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Engineer to lead our engineering team in the planning, coordination, and execution of ACMV/HVAC projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, with hands-on experience in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems, particularly in cleanroom or semiconductor environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed designs for ACMV/HVAC projects, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Create technical specifications, working drawings, and design calculations to ensure project success.
  • Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement planning to optimize resource allocation.
  • Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues related to ACMV systems.
  • Evaluate and implement safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance for all projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV / HVAC and M&E service and maintenance, particularly in cleanroom or semiconductor environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with local construction practices and industry codes, standards, and best practices related to HVAC and cleanroom design.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
