R&D Engineer for Intelligent Systems
As a R&D Engineer for Intelligent Systems, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing large-scale recommendation systems. You will be responsible for creating intelligent development toolkits to enhance R&D efficiency, developing business metrics-driven gray release systems, enhancing observability of recommendation systems, building algorithm engineering toolchains, and overhauling platform ecosystem architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing and developing large-scale recommendation systems
2. Creating intelligent development toolkits to enhance R&D efficiency
3. Developing business metrics-driven gray release systems
4. Enhancing observability of recommendation systems
5. Building algorithm engineering toolchains
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields with 1+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale systems
2. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go/Python/C++) and solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
3. Ability to independently lead the technical design and implementation of complex systems and components
4. Strong product sense with the ability to balance priorities across requirements, technical solutions, timelines, and delivery quality
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and familiarity with LLM principles and applications
2. Experience in recommendation/advertising/search systems or privacy compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
